Cheese Tours uses optional analytics to understand how people use this website. You can allow or reject analytics using the notice shown on your first visit, and change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer of an information page. Your choice is kept in this browser for up to 180 days.
What happens if you allow analytics?
Google Analytics measures visits and how pages are used. Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page changes so we can spot confusing parts of the website. We do not grant advertising storage to either service.
Clarity runs only on the homepage, About, Plan your visit, Reviews and Gallery. It does not run on booking, gift-card purchase, redemption, enquiry, payment or confirmation pages. It does not start on information pages opened with URL parameters or fragments. Clarity masks input fields, but we use these page exclusions because they offer stronger protection for customer details and gift-card codes.
If you say no or change your mind
Neither analytics service is loaded before you allow it. If you reject, we do not start them. If you withdraw consent, we stop Google Analytics, clear its first-party cookies, tell Clarity to deny analytics storage and clear its first-party cookies. The page reloads to stop the current recording. Essential website functions, including bookings and gift cards, remain available.
