Sunday tours start at 11am. Please arrive at 10:45am and allow around two hours.

The route includes steps, periods of standing and movement between different areas. It is currently not wheelchair accessible.
There is seating during the tasting, and toilets are available. Please contact us before booking about access or sensory needs so we can talk through the route with you.
Children of all ages are welcome. They need direct adult supervision, and everyone needs to follow the working dairy’s safety instructions.
Allow around two hours, including steps, standing and cold areas. Pushchairs are not suitable for the full route.
Please contact us in advance about allergies, intolerances, pregnancy or other dietary needs. The selection of five cheeses changes, so we need to discuss the cheeses planned for your visit rather than promise that every tasting will suit everyone.
Milk allergy and lactose intolerance are different requirements. Please tell us which applies; do not assume that a particular cheese will be suitable. We’ll discuss the ingredients and tasting with you before you book.
Tell us before your visit so we can discuss the planned cheeses and their ingredients. Please follow the dietary advice you have received from your midwife or healthcare professional.
If vegetarian rennet is important to you, let us know before booking so we can confirm the suitability of the cheeses planned for your tasting.
Personal photography is welcome. Please avoid photographing commercially sensitive records, screens or paperwork, and follow any guidance given during the tour.
Cheese is not normally being made on Sundays. You’ll still visit the dairy rooms and see how the process works.
If seeing production is important to you, ask about a private visit on a production day. This depends on the dairy schedule and needs to be confirmed.
You may be able to buy cheese after the tour, subject to availability.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can move to another available date or request a refund. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, bookings are normally non-refundable; we may make an exception at our discretion.
If Cheese Tours cancels your visit, you can move to another available date or receive a full refund.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 working days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds.
Cancelling a booking does not mean its refund has been processed. We’ll confirm the refund status separately.
Enter your code and select Apply voucher when booking a Sunday. The balance is only deducted when the booking is completed. Contact us if you need help with your code or an existing card.
You don’t need to study anything before you come.
Just turn up on time, wear sensible shoes and bring an appetite for cheese.
