Great visit and yummy cheese at the end. 100% worth a visit as you learn so much more than you might think about the way the Dairy operates.
Fascinating, fun and delicious. We had a great tour on Sunday, Steve was an excellent guide and we learned loads about cheese, cheese making and why High Weald Dairy is one of the best British Cheesemakers. Not only that but a fabulous tasting after the tour with plenty of cheese. Well worth a visit!
I love going on food experience tours with my friends and I found this tour was just right for us all. Not too long and very informative. I have now bought gift cards for Christmas so all my friends can enjoy the experience as well.

We had an outstanding tour. Even before we arrived, Steve was very accommodating, suggesting different times and days that might work. The tour itself was great. We donned our shoe-covers, hairnets (even the baby got one, much to her delight) and white coats and had fun looking around the premises. The information was pitched at exactly the right level for our group. We then enjoyed some generously portioned samples whilst listening to more interesting stories and facts about cheese. We were also offered accompaniments like chutneys and biscuits and Steve even brought out another cheese he thought we might like based on our comments. Everyone in the group had fun despite ranging from baby and student to adults and grandparents. We did buy some cheeses at the end but felt absolutely no pressure to do so - they were just too delicious to resist!

We had a great tour, which we arranged to celebrate a family birthday. Steve was very helpful in making the initial booking and made us feel very welcome. The tour was very informative, including information about the environmental measures used in the production process. Steve held everyone's attention throughout, from grandparents to our 7 year old son. Two of us had toured the dairy before, but we still learned something new and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting session, and can particularly recommend the gingerbread crackers! Steve even offered some cake as an alternative to my father who doesn't eat cheese. A great day out that we all thoroughly recommend, we are looking forward to attending future events.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cheese tour with Steve last week. The evening began with a tour of the different rooms and equipment used to make cheese. Nothing was off limits and no question was too much trouble. Steve is very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We all came away with a good understanding of the cheese-making process from start to finish. The tour concluded with a cheese tasting session. Generous portions of 5 different delicious cheeses, some crackers and a yummy chutney. All in all this was a fantastic experience and a fun evening, a very good gift to have received.
What a great early evening tour. Steve was a great host and very passionate about cheese!! The tour ended up in the High Weald Dairy tasting room where we were given an excellent selection of High Weald Dairy Cheeses. Would highly recommend.
